Although there are many styles of qigong, many people consider Yi Quan (“Mindfulness Healing and Martial Art”) the best foundation, as it trains students in the vocabulary on which all qigong is built-- how to stand and move with balance, power, and grace. In this highly experiential workshop, you will learn a complete wellness workout and how to immediately apply Yi Quan to any sport. Ken’s students have included football, soccer, and baseball coaches, golf pros, martial artists, and US Olympic Team athletes, as well as everyday people looking for an enjoyable way to improve health. Learn Yi Quan Standing and Walking Meditation for balance, coordination and energy; Yi Quan Partner Training to develop strong resilient energy; and Yi Quan Meditation for relaxation and inner peace. The program is open to beginners and all levels.

Ken Cohen, M.A. winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Energy Medicine, is an internationally renowned Qigong and Tai Chi Master. A former editor for Yoga Journal, Natural Health, and other magazines, he is the author of The Way of Qigong. Ken has practiced Qigong since 1968.
