1. Pushing - thumbs - forehead, sides of nose, temples to jaw to chin.

2. Press-release - yintang, taiyang, GB 20, Bl 10, Du 16, 20, sides of neck behind SCM.

3. Passive movement of neck - traction/rotation, flexion/extension.

4. Press-release - palm - regulate breath at chest and lower abdomen.

5. Grasping - shoulders, arms, LI 11, 10, 9, 4.

6. Press-release - LU 1 and 9.

7. Round rubbing - thenar eminence - epigastric area, Ren 12.

8. Grasping - epigastric area, rib margins, abdomen.

9. Press-rub - Ren 12 to umbilicus, Ren 6 to 2.

10. Round rubbing - flat palm - lower abdomen/Dan Tian area.

11. Kneading - legs.

12. Grasping - legs, St. 36, Sp 9,6, 3, 2, K 3, sole of foot.

13. Kneading - back, legs.

14. Grasping - back, legs.

15. Roundrubbing - flat palm - upper back, middle back, low back.

16. Press rub - Bl 13 to 15, Bl 18 to 25, Du 4, K 7.

17. Chafe - flat palm - transverse - back.
