Silk Reeling Exercises
silk reeling

These exercises are taught by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang as a part of the Chen Style taijiquan system. Silk Reeling, or spiraling power, is the basis of all movement patterns in Chen Style Taijiquan. These notes were compiled by Bill and Allison Helm at Chen Xiaowang's silk reeling seminar in Phoenix, Arizona in September 2001.
