In Tai Chi (also spelled Taijiquan), function refines form. That is, whatever your level or style, knowing the martial applications of the movements improves posture, coordination, and mindfulness, and makes your practice a richer and more rewarding experience. Safe application practice also trains you in skills that can improve health, balance, strength, stamina and performance in any sport. Open to anyone who has had at least 3 months experience in any style of Tai Chi.  

Ken Cohen (www.kennethcohen.com), former student of Alan Watts and Joseph Campbell, is a world-renowned Taoist scholar and Qigong and Tai Chi Master. He has also followed the Way of Tea for more than 40 years. Ken is the author of The Way of Qigongand more than 200 articles on spirituality and health.
