Tuina Full Body Massage for Organ Tonification
A full body massage using Tuina methods for organ tonification is demonstrated and taught in this DVD. Gentle oscillating and rubbing techniques are used to tonify the lungs, spleen and kidneys. These are the primary organs for generating Qi and blood in the body according to T.C.M.
Tuina for Chemotherapy Side Effects and Post Surgical Trauma
Tuina methods for recovery from the side effects of chemotherapy treatment for cancer are featured in this DVD. The methods are gentle and nourishing in application. In addition, a protocol for relieving trauma from surgery is included. The focus is upon dispersing adhesions, reducing swelling, and restoring range of movement.
Eastern Deep Tissue: Dredging the Channels
This DVD demonstrates and teaches Tuina methods for "dredging the channels". When there is stubborn stagnation and obstruction it may be necessary to use heavier, more penetrating methods to relieve the blockage. The protocols combine acupressure and deep Tuina methods and are used on the entire body. Protocols for the face, neck, shoulder, chest, abdomen, back, hip, legs and feet are included.
Tuina for Menstrual Disorders
Tuina methods for addressing premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea-painful menses are demonstrated and taught in this DVD. Acupoints and Tuina methods help to harmonize the circulation of Qi and blood.

Qi Gong Health Exercises - Beginning Exercises
The Beginning Exercises DVD contains a variety of exercises that are easy to learn for those persons who are just beginning Qi Gong. Topics include warm-ups, breathing methods, Hua To's Qi cultivation exercises, Three Phase Relaxation method, and the Cloud Hands or "Short 31" from the Tao Tan Pai Taoist elixer style.
Qi Gong Health Exercises - Apparatus, Self-Balancing and Healing Organ Sounds
The use of a chih or stick in Qi Gong is demonstrated and taught. Standing, walking and self-massage methods are included. Self-balancing using external emission of Qi provides the practitioner with a powerful method for harmonizing Qi flow throughout the body. Healing organ sounds from the Hua To system are used to tonify and harmonize the yin or zang organs.
