Pre Training Regimen

Walk, eat, nap, walk, eat, sleep…and so on. Our taiji group of 7, plus a daughter who briefly joined us, has been pounding the streets of Vienna being good tourists. We’ve seen beautiful buildings built in all styles of architecture, monuments, tributes to Mozart, and the FOOD has been fantastic. The tour continues today with a visit to the Summer Palace and the Danube River, and tomorrow we will catch the train to Ljubljana to start the taiji part of our journey. This brief few days is giving us time to acclimate to the time change, and jet lag is similar to that I experience in China (up since 3:30am today). By Monday morning, we will be ready for standing, silk reeling and Xinjia Yilu!

More later from the training camp…
